If you weren't able to make the show, [Re]Design have put some great photos up on flickr. Check em out!

Radiance is being exhibited from now until the 26th with [Re]Design in their brilliant Lighten Up show.

Hello to all the people being linked through from my lemon-squeezer concept. Traffic has been in the thousands since this project was picked up last week, which makes looking at my stats far more rewarding. I'm happy to notice that IE is a distant third in the browser wars for the site - designers have good taste.

22/09/08
Radiance has been featured in this month's 'The Designer Magazine'. It's only a short piece, but nice none the less. The issue can be read online here.

The show at 100% went very well, with my new demonstration prototype performing admirably throughout. A big thanks Jason and Sarah from [re]design for putting the show together. They've got a couple photos up on flickr if you care to take a gander. There's also a lovely book to go with the show, available here. Radiance was well received much commercial interest, so we'll see where that goes. Thanks also to Ben at Corian for their generous donation of material.

I will be exhibiting my project 'Radiance' at the London Design Festival, in the Lighten Up exhibition, within 100% Design. Please come down and say hello if you're in the area. Stand O80. There's also a great book to go with the show on sustainable lighting. Cheers.

I will be exhibiting as part of Made in Brunel at New Designers, to be held at the BDC from 10 - 13th July. Hope to see some fresh faces there.

The show went fantastically, with opportunties to speak with many great people. Thanks to all who attended. The book looks great, and I'm so proud to have been a part of it. I am also happy to report that I received a 1st Class (Hons) BSc Industrial Design degree.

It's been a while since I've had a chance to write something here. As a brief recap, uni has finished, and I have been busy working on the Made in Brunel 2008 book, as well as preparing for the show. Looking forward to seeing you there.

I hope everyone had a very enjoyable holiday period. I spent New Years parked on Westminster bridge with Mayo, taking many photos of the fireworks. Am now back at Brunel busier than ever, and loving every minute.

20/12/07
Wishing all my readers (I know there's at least one of you) a very merry christmas and a happy new year.

18/09/07
Am back at Brunel to complete the final year of my degree. Work is already assigned, and it looks to be a very busy year.

18/08/07
Had a blast at studioilse, and am now preparing for a much needed break by visiting San Francisco and then on to Minneapolis to visit family.

15/03/07
I am now working with studioilse, a London based interiors, styling, and branding consultancy. They have lots of interesting work, and are an excellent group of people to work with.

18/01/07
An updated CV and portfolio have been put online, detailing much of the work I have done his past year. I would welcome any feedback you may have. I will also be providing minor updates to the website over the coming days. For those that don't know, Martino has a new exhibition called 'Confronting the Chair' at the Design Museum, London. Lots of great work to see, some of which was partially constructed by yours truly.

16/01/07
After a great time with Studio Bednarski, I am now looking for more work. While working there, I helped complete a proposal for a major London bridge to be used as a 'gateway to the Olympics'. We were selected as a finalist, and the proposal is going forward. I was also involved in multiple projects including research into the urban redevelopment of Portobello Road, as well as corporate graphics.

01/01/07
Just wanted to wish everyone a very happy new year. Let's hope that this year brings great things and new opportunities.

18/09/06
Starting a three month placement with Studio Bednarski in West London. They are an architecture firm, primarily specialising in bridges, and have won many high profile competitions around the world.

16/09/06
Working on the set up and take down of the Welcome Trust's Travelling Apothecary event in the British Library. Was a wonderful day, with many different stalls set up to cure "Modern-day Ailments", such as 'Ikeamania', network addiction, litter guilt, and having the 'Holy Maria' keep your data safe. Part of the London Design Festival, which kicked off on Saturday. I will also be working at the Super Design Market, which runs from the 23rd to 24th, and promises affordable designs (under £50) from 30 young up and coming British Designers.

14/09/06
Have spent the last two days in the beautiful city of Paris, attending a job interview and seeing the sights.

31/07/06
I am now back working with Martino Gamper until he leaves for his holidays. We will be primarily continuing his '100 chairs in 100 days' project.

29/07/06
Have been volunteering at the annual V&A Village Fete, a 2-day design and creative arts extravagansa, organised and run by Scarlet Projects. I rank it as one of my favourite events of the year, and would highly recommend it to all. This year I primarily worked on the tombola, but also assisted with some of the set up of the show.

27/07/06
In a happy last minute change of plans, I have spent the last two weeks working at Ron Arad Associates in chalk farm. I had a great time, and the designers there were very welcoming and of a great assistance to me.

16/07/06
Have spend the last two weeks working with Martino Gamper, a well known and respected furniture designer from Italy. Really enjoyable work, and I will be working with him for the next 6 - 8 weeks or so.

02/07/06
Results for my level two are in. I got a 1st Average, which is excellent news.

25/05/06
Uni has finished, and the great placement hunt has begun! I am currently volunteering as much as I can for the Made in Brunel innovation show (4-7th June). Am also trying to line up work for the next couple months, and we will see where I go from there.
