I’m Ed and I design services. Simple and accessible ones that work for real people.

I’m available to consult on design, usability and accessibility.

I designed the UK’s passport renewal service and GOV.UK Performance.

I was previously lead interaction designer at the Government Digital Service, which won design of the year and a D&AD black pencil.
